Privacy Policy

L1fe Tone is made by L1fe by Design, a venture of Attract Success, LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your email address. Used to run your subscription and to send you sign-in links, receipts and important notices about the service. We do not send marketing email from L1fe Tone.
- Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares with us your name (if given), email, and whether your subscription is active.
- Basic server logs. Our server keeps standard technical logs (such as the time of a request and any error) for a short period to keep the service running and secure.
What stays on your device
Your session history, favourite settings and any intention notes you type are stored only in your own browser. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data, or using the "Clear history" button in the app, removes them.
Cookies
We use one cookie: a signed sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics, and no tracking pixels.
Who else handles your data
- Stripe processes payments and stores your billing details under its own privacy policy.
- Brevo delivers our email (sign-in links and service notices) and processes your email address to do so.
- Hetzner hosts our server.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Your email and subscription record stay with Stripe for as long as you have a subscription, and afterwards as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs are kept briefly and then deleted.
Your choices
- Cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" inside the app.
- See or delete your information. Email us and we will show you what we hold or delete it, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Sign out from the app's menu to remove the sign-in cookie from that device.
Children
L1fe Tone is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Not a medical service
L1fe Tone is an audio tool. Nothing you enter in the app is treated as health information, and we do not collect any.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, email you.
