Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Attract Success, LLC, which operates L1fe by Design ("we", "us"), for the use of L1fe Tone (the "Service"). By subscribing or using the Service you agree to them.

What L1fe Tone is

L1fe Tone is a web application that generates audio tones, beats and noise through your device for relaxation, focus, meditation and personal audio exploration.

What L1fe Tone is not

L1fe Tone is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Frequency names and descriptions in the library come from traditional, historical or experimental sources and are offered for interest only, not as medical advice or a promise of any effect.

Listening safely

• Keep the volume at a comfortable level. Loud audio can damage hearing.
• Do not use the Service while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.
• Pulsed audio can be uncomfortable for some people. If you have a seizure disorder, a hearing condition, or any concern about listening to tones, talk to a qualified professional before using the Service.
• Stop if you feel unwell.

Subscription and billing

• The Service costs US$4.99 per month or US$39.99 per year, charged in advance through Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as L1FE BY DESIGN.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" inside the app. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.

Refunds

Because you can cancel at any time and keep access until your paid period ends, we do not give refunds for unused time. If you believe you were charged by mistake, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will put it right.

Your licence

While your subscription is active we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service in your own browser. The Service, its code, design, library and content belong to us. You may not copy, download for reuse, modify, resell, share your sign-in with others, or attempt to bypass the sign-in. Your session history belongs to you and stays on your device.

Signing in

Access is by one-time links sent to your email. Keep your email account secure. Sign out of the app on devices you do not control.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may update or change features to keep the Service simple and working well.

Limits on our liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can end it by cancelling your subscription. We may end it if you break these terms, and will refund any unused whole months in that case unless the breach was serious.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and email you about any significant change before it takes effect.
